Contact us using our contact form on our contact page letting us know about your need to return an item.
We will send you a return shipping label, at no cost to you, and have you send the item back to us. If you would prefer to keep the item, we can also issue you a partial refund.
Once we receive the item, we will give you a full refund, no questions asked.
How do I change my order?

How can I track my package?
I placed an order but have not received my confirmation email.
When you place an order you should receive a confirmation email of your order along with an order ID. Once the order has been shipped you will also receive a shipping or tracking number. Please contact customer support using the form to make sure that your order has been placed. You can reach us at email@example.com or by filling out the form.
How should I choose the right size?
We have input size charts to help make sure you find the right size. Start by referring to the size chart located on the clothing item. If you still need assistance, then we would be delighted to help you!
What are the shipping and delivery times?
We promise to process orders within 24 hours of purchase.
We offer FREE standard and e-packet shipping on any purchase of $50 or more. Other shipping options are available, but are not included.
Our e-packet shipping takes between 12 and 21 days to arrive. Standard shipping takes approximately 21 to 28 days to arrive. Holidays (and the COVID-19 pandemic) may delay product delivery timelines. They do not deliver to post office boxes.
What's the return policy?
We have a 14 day return policy. If at anytime in the 14 days after you have received your clothing item you are unhappy with it for any reason, please contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping label to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item we will refund you your money, no questions asked.
What's the process?
After you make a purchase with us, you will receive a receipt and tracking number for your order. Some products may be shipped separately, so you will receive separate tracking ID's for those purchases.
